1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship nationwide across South Africa and select international destinations using reliable door-to-door courier networks. Shipping fees are calculated as flat rates at checkout:

2. Payment Terms (EFT / Direct Bank Deposit)

3. Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your payment has been cleared or confirmed.

  • Once your package is collected by the courier, you will receive an automated notification with a direct tracking link.

4. Delivery Guidelines & Address Requirements

  • Physical Address Required: Because our couriers require a physical signature upon arrival, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Postnet Suites. Please provide a physical home or workplace address where someone will be available to sign for the package between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

5. International Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please note that your package may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by your destination country.

  • Room 13 Collection is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery.

6. Damaged Packages
