Initial Consultation
We begin with a consultation (in person, or online) where you can share your ideas, inspiration, preferences, and the vision you have for your custom piece. Together, we’ll discuss style, size, colour palette, and any personal meaning or story you’d like reflected in the artwork. This ensures the final piece is uniquely tailored to you and aligned with your expectations.

Quote, Deposit & Booking
Once I understand your requirements, I’ll prepare a personalised quote based on the size, materials, level of detail, and overall complexity of the artwork. All costs are clearly outlined so you know exactly what to expect. To secure your booking and commence work, a 60% deposit is required upon approval of the quote. The remaining balance is payable prior to delivery.

Creation Process
Your artwork is then carefully brought to life with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Throughout the process, I can provide progress updates and images so you can follow the journey. Where appropriate, we welcome your feedback to ensure the piece develops in line with your vision.

Delivery & Courier Arrangements
Once completed, your artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Delivery and courier options can be discussed and arranged according to your location and preferences. The remaining balance must be settled before the artwork is dispatched.
